SHIPPING

• Shipping cost is not included in your order
• Item is available for domestic shipping only (within and outside Metro Manila)
• Customer will shoulder shipping cost through his/her courier of choice (Lalamove, Grabexpress, Ninjavan or LBC)
• Customer will be contacted by our personnel via phone/email to arrange shipping of his/her choice
• Please see below our cutoff time for shipments
  • Orders received before 6pm on a weekday will be shipped the next day (e.g. if order was received Thursday 5pm, we shall ship your order next day Friday)
  • Orders received after 6pm on a weekday will be treated as a next-day transaction and shall be shipped the day after (e.g. if order was received Thursday 7pm, we shall ship your order on Saturday)
  • We do not ship on Sundays and holidays.

RETURN POLICY

• While we accept returns of most products in their original and re-saleable condition, return of facemasks is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, in line with government-accepted quality and safety standards.
